HR Restructuring Enrollment Resources

• The human resources professionals in the schools and units are prepared to help you find answers. If you don’t know if your school or unit has someone available, please email HRrestructuring@virginia.edu.
• University Human Resources will be holding three open sessions in early October for you to learn more about the Plan and what changing over might mean for you. Join us on October 16th, 19th, or 23rd from 9 am to 11 am. The sessions on the 16th and 19th are in Newcomb Hall’s Commonwealth Room, the session on the 23rd is in Newcomb Hall's Room 168. There will be a PowerPoint presentation followed by Q&A. Benefits Counselors will be available to answer specific questions.
• Many of the supervisors and managers around Grounds have also taken training on the new system. Even if your supervisor or manager has not yet taken training, you may choose to discuss the new plan with them.

• Questions about your market range? Fill out a Market Review Request Form (MS Excel). You can save the form and email it to us, messenger mail or fax it to University Human Resources, or drop it off to us. We will acknowledge that we have received the form and work with your school and unit to review the numbers.
