The dental network is provided by United Concordia and participating dentists can be found by searching under the National Fee for Service network at the “Find a dentist search” on the United Concordia website: http://www.ucci.com. You can use non-participating dentists but the non-participating dentist can balance bill for services above the allowable charge. The benefits when using a network provider include a $1,000 annual benefit per covered person. Major restorative services are not provided except for repair. Orthodontia coverage is not provided.
